Dean and his colleague came supposedly to give me a quote. I had a water leak going through my bedroom ceiling. Dean went up the roof and found the root cause of this rather quickly. He replaced the broken tile, took a look around my roof and said that should fix it, but nothing else really warrants attention in the near future. An earlier group had urged me to rebed and repoint my ridge caps, etc. Dean didn't even charge me, so I am thankful and pleased to share this here.

Big shout out to Dean and his crew. I had a tile come off my roof on Monday. I called Dean and he said he would be there on Tuesday at 5pm. Sure enough he arrived at 5pm on the dot. The 2 fellows who came to check our roof, after such a wild stormy night, were brilliant. Our roof had been leaking they got to us as soon as they could, straight up the ladder, fixed my problem with no hesitation, and checked a few other areas, said there were a few cracked tiles and would quote us to fix that later if thats what we wanted.Hope you got to all the places you needed too and when you send the quote we can work out where to go from there thanks heaps fellas, I wouldnt hesitate to get you back

Like you're reading my review, I read other reviews about Dean and his guys, and thought they can't be that good. Believe me, they are, and then some. True professionals in every sense of the word. Great blokes that are funny, courteous and know what they are doing. Told me what needs doing, when they are going to do it, and got it done. Dean is even better at predicted the weather then Jane Bunn is. Totally freaked me out. They even had time for my elderly parents and their weird questions. Can't recommend these guys enough. You won't be sorry.. 20 out of 10 in my books.

The storm was due to come back in the afternoon and these guys came over shortly after I called in the morning. Fixed the problem! Dean at New ridge Roofing was referred to me by a friend who has used them on a couple of occasions on both their previous homes. He came out promptly on the time/date we agreed (unlike others we contacted for quotes), provided some quotes for the different works (again, did so promptly without me following up for the quotes - as I had to with others I approached).Provided a pair of quotes for the works, so I could make a decision on what I wanted done. Prices were very much in-line with the other quotes, so very fair, from what I could see.Within a couple of weeks, he was able to get a crew out to my home and undertake the work. A good crew, clearly experienced and knew what needed to get done, how to do it, and they just cracked on with the work with, no fuss. Works were undertaken over three days, with no impact on my working from home.Very reliable and trustworthy, easy to deal with, obviously know what they're doing, and get it done without hassle.Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Dean and his awesome team highly enough for their prompt service in looking at my tiled roof that had a few leaks onto the ceiling plaster in my house after some recent heavy rainfall. I phoned Dean on Monday morning and he and his team came out the following day to inspect my roof, then came back again on Thursday afternoon to do some work on the ridge capping which will hopefully resolve my leaking roof issues. Dean and his guys restored two of my houses. Great to deal with. They did it right from start to finish. Recapped, replaced tiles, installation of roof vents, pressure cleaned, removed old leaking sky lights and fantastic paint job.I wouldn’t let any one else to touch my roof’s. These guys are the best. Had a roof leak that looked quite serious from the inside. A two storey house, and I couldn't get on the roof to check. The lads popped by to check it out, found it was a couple of misplaced tiles, and fixed it on the spot. Wouldn't accept payment! Honest and responsive. What more can you ask for?

I rang Dean to inspect the roof over our garage as we had a leak in the garage. Dean arrived the very same day and after inspecting our roof, he fixed the small problem. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Not only did he suggest a plasterer for us, but to add to this, he did not charge us a cent. I was expecting to pay a call out fee at the very least, and Dean certainly surprised me. I would not hesitate to use his services again in future, but would also highly recommend his company. Dean was amazing! Recent bad weather had caused a leak in our roof which has caused the ceiling to leak. He was there on time and had a look and clipped the tile back into place and didn't charge a cent. He then recommended a plasterer to come and fix our ceiling. My mum was very impressed and happy!

Phenomenal quality work. By far the best roofing company I've ever dealt with. I can't fault any of the work they did on our roof. It looks incredible. The pricing was clear and very competitive. The crew that came out were polite and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and left everything spotless. It's very rare that you find a company like this who's main concern is that you are happy. I highly recommend them for any roofing work you need.

I had immense trouble trying to get someone to repair a localised leak on my roof until i contacted New Ridge. After a prompt inspection, the issue was identified and quoted on the spot. New Ridge were the only ones willing to fix the issue and not try to get me to commit to a full roof restoration. After I decided to proceed, the team carried out the agreed repair quickly, professionally and within the quoted cost. There were actually multiple leaks and they were all fixed; my roof is no longer leaking. Highly recommend.

Great and quick service. Dean came around within 1 hour of calling to rescue my roof that have tiles blown off due to recent gale force stormy weather. All fixed. Now I don't have to worry about leaking roof or further damages if it rains.

I first knew new ridge mainly because my neighbor just used his roofing service a few days ago. I was really impressed by how much the change of his house. I did some research and found the company received mostly positive reviews. I decide to give a try. I called Dean in the morning. He was super responsive & came do a site inspection in the afternoon. He gave me some advice along with a quite reasonable quote. In the following two weeks, Dean and his team got all the things done in a professional & timely manner as promised. The whole restoration included removal old cement, high pressure roof cleaning, recementing all ridge caps, fixing the holes of gutters, replacement of cracked tiles, repointing & paint 3 coat with high gloss ultra membrane, Particularly, Dean & his people were so thoughtful, they always took all the construction waste away each time when they left work and tried to keep my yard neat & clean as it was. At the end, he also gave me some paint spare tiles for future use. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Dean's service. It's worth every dollar spent. I would highly recommend Dean to all my friends when needed.

Fantastic job - full roof restoration completed in five days (with weekend in the middle) by Dean and his crew, some of which are his family. Excellent pricing at one third the quote from Roof Resto. The team were friendly and efficient, prompt to arrive on site, and left site pretty clean as well. Highly recommend for honest, old fashioned value for money service that will not disappoint. Ask about a deal on whirly birds.
