The guys were amazing. We we away in Adelaide and our neighbours contacted us several roof tiles had come off following a storm. I contacted New Ridge Roofing and they went round checked it out and had it all repaired on our return, all for a reasonable price. Great service.

Dean and his team did a wonderful job on our roof. As we had an relatively recent extension and I didn't want to spend the extra to paint the extension, they matched the slightly faded newer tiles. A small details, but it shows that they have pride in their workmanship.I highly recommend the team.

Used these guys twice. 👏🏆⭐❤️First time was to do an emergency repair after a storm and tree broke several tiles in the night. The storm was due to come back in the afternoon and these guys came over shortly after I called in the morning. Fixed the problem! NO MORE LEAKS!!! 🙌 I cant thank these guys enough for thier prompt and professional service. Special thanks to Cameron for his excellent work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐6 months later I got these guys to come back and repair and restore my entire roof. They did an exceptional job! Finished earlier than expected, no more leaks and WOW it has made a huge improvement on my aging house. Thanks to the guys Dean and Cam and Jordy for being professionals. Dean first restored our roof over 25 years ago then we had him back again to freshen the tile finish a couple of years ago and just recently he repaired the timber roof gable replacing rotten timber and surrounding tiles to a new condition including painting the exposed timber - such a great job!

Dean at New ridge Roofing was referred to me by a friend who has used them on a couple of occasions on both their previous homes. He came out promptly on the time/date we agreed (unlike others we contacted for quotes), provided some quotes for the different works (again, did so promptly without me following up for the quotes - as I had to with others I approached).Provided a pair of quotes for the works, so I could make a decision on what I wanted done. Prices were very much in-line with the other quotes, so very fair, from what I could see.Within a couple of weeks, he was able to get a crew out to my home and undertake the work. A good crew, clearly experienced and knew what needed to get done, how to do it, and they just cracked on with the work with, no fuss. Works were undertaken over three days, with no impact on my working from home.Very reliable and trustworthy, easy to deal with, obviously know what they're doing, and get it done without hassle.Highly recommended.

Thx Dean for our roof renovation. Your team did an excellent job. I like how all the broken and cracked motar in the valleys was replaced with some type of black expansion foam. imho looks better, seals better and they tell me is good for at least another 10 years.

The service was absolutely exceptional. Came around super quickly after 5 roof tiles came crashing off the roof. We only had one spare tile, that was not a problem, he had some ready to go. Full restoration including repointing, replacing broken tiles, cleaning and then fresh coat of paint with 4 coat system. Prompt, great communication and keeping me in the loop. Would use Dean and his team again. Price was fair and reasonable compared to others which were almost double due to their overheads. I cannot recommend Dean and his awesome team highly enough for their prompt service in looking at my tiled roof that had a few leaks onto the ceiling plaster in my house after some recent heavy rainfall. I phoned Dean on Monday morning and he and his team came out the following day to inspect my roof, then came back again on Thursday afternoon to do some work on the ridge capping which will hopefully resolve my leaking roof issues. These guys are just amazing, super friendly, polite and got the job done promptly. I would not have any hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dean and his team at New Ridge Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

These guys are the best. Had a roof leak that looked quite serious from the inside. A two storey house, and I couldn't get on the roof to check. The lads popped by to check it out, found it was a couple of misplaced tiles, and fixed it on the spot. Wouldn't accept payment! Honest and responsive. What more can you ask for?

I rang Dean to inspect the roof over our garage as we had a leak in the garage. Dean arrived the very same day and after inspecting our roof, he fixed the small problem. He was extremely helpful and courteous. Not only did he suggest a plasterer for us, but to add to this, he did not charge us a cent. I was expecting to pay a call out fee at the very least, and Dean certainly surprised me. I would not hesitate to use his services again in future, but would also highly recommend his company. Dean was amazing! Recent bad weather had caused a leak in our roof which has caused the ceiling to leak. He was there on time and had a look and clipped the tile back into place and didn't charge a cent. He then recommended a plasterer to come and fix our ceiling. My mum was very impressed and happy!

Dean and his team were very professional from when they first came to quote. Al cleaned the roof, there was rubbish everywhere but he cleaned it all up and even the neighbours I didn’t have to do anything.Cameron sprayed the roof, he made sure each coat was even and thick. He certainly took pride in his work.A few of our neighbours complemented on how fabulous our roof looked we love it

Phenomenal quality work. By far the best roofing company I've ever dealt with. I can't fault any of the work they did on our roof. It looks incredible. The pricing was clear and very competitive. The crew that came out were polite and did a great job. They cleaned up everything and left everything spotless. I cannot fault the quality of the work done by Dean and his crew with new ridge roofing. I was absolutely amazed at how well it turned out and their attention to detail. His crews work ethic is beyond excellent. They arrived every morning on time, were friendly, and made sure that everything was perfectly clean when they left. Even to the point they rinsed down all of the plants in our garden beds.Dean made the inspection and quote process really easy and explained everything in detail and terms I could understand well. Their pricing was awesome in comparison to every other quote I'd had and and included a larger scope of work than other companies.I would highly recommend New Ridge Roofing to anyone looking to get their roof restored.

I had immense trouble trying to get someone to repair a localised leak on my roof until i contacted New Ridge. After a prompt inspection, the issue was identified and quoted on the spot. New Ridge were the only ones willing to fix the issue and not try to get me to commit to a full roof restoration. After I decided to proceed, the team carried out the agreed repair quickly, professionally and within the quoted cost. There were actually multiple leaks and they were all fixed; my roof is no longer leaking. Highly recommend.

Great and quick service. Dean came around within 1 hour of calling to rescue my roof that have tiles blown off due to recent gale force stormy weather. All fixed. Now I don't have to worry about leaking roof or further damages if it rains.

I hired Dean (owner of New Ridge Roof Restoration) in part due to the reviews on Google. I needed a bit of work on my roof including flexible pointing, re-cementing, and replacing broken tiles. Dean was very prompt in responding and also working with my timeframe of completing the work within a small window I had as I am having rooftop solar panels installed.I was hesitant to hire a tradesman based solely on Google reviews. But I can testify from my own personal experience that the positive reviews are all true! Dean gave me a very competitive quote and was very patient in explaining the intricacies of the work that was required. He even talked me out of additional works, including high pressure cleaning, because he felt it was not needed at this stage and it would just be a waste of my money.Needless to say, I was impressed with all aspects of the professionalism shown by Dean and his employees at New Ridge Roof Restoration. Dean insisted on coming back (at no extra charge) a few days later to ensure the cement had dried and set properly so that he could do the final minor aspects of the job properly. He clearly takes pride in the job he performs for his customers. I would gladly recommend you contacting New Ridge Roof Restoration for an honest appraisal of your roof. I was so pleased with Dean's work that I have now recommended him to my parents for urgent roof works that need to be completed by a thorough and professional person.

Fantastic job - full roof restoration completed in five days (with weekend in the middle) by Dean and his crew, some of which are his family. Excellent pricing at one third the quote from Roof Resto. The team were friendly and efficient, prompt to arrive on site, and left site pretty clean as well. Highly recommend for honest, old fashioned value for money service that will not disappoint. Ask about a deal on whirly birds.
